Nick Turner, NT Sport Horses nor the Land Owners or their staff or agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, to any person, animal or property including, without limitation, lost revenues, or lost profits, arising out of or in any way connected with this event/lesson/training session.

Entry to this event acknowledges this disclaimer as acceptance of this statement.

 Any cancellations received less than 7 days before the Training Session will not be entitled to a refund.

 Subject to availability, Training Sessions can be transferred up to 2 days prior to the event to a later Training Session.

 All booking details (i.e. Name, Address, email and telephone no) submitted at the time of booking will remain confidential and not passed on to any third parties.

 All payment card details will be destroyed on completion of any transaction and will be utilized responsibly.

 In the event of the organizers having to cancel any Training Session, a Full Refund less £2 for administration will be made.
