Entry to this event acknowledges this disclaimer as acceptance of this statement:
Nick Turner, NT Sport Horses nor the land owners or their staff or agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, to any person, animal or property including, without limitation, lost revenues, or lost profits, arising out of or in any way connected with this event/lesson/training session.
Any cancellations received less than 72 hours before the training session will not be entitled to a refund.
Cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund .
In the event of the organisers having to cancel any training session a full refund will be made.
All booking details (i.e. Name, Address, email and telephone no) submitted at the time of booking will remain confidential and not passed on to any third parties.
By entering this event you have consented to NTSH using any appropriate photographs on our website or social media.
All payment card details will be destroyed on completion of any transaction and will be utilized responsibly.
