Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for all booked training sessions, lessons, and clinics provided by NT Sport Horses (NTSH).

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy for cancellations initiated by the client is as follows:

 

1.1. Full Refund (More than 72 Hours Notice):

  • Cancellations made prior to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled start time of the training session, lesson, or event will receive a full refund of the fee paid.

1.2. No refund (Less that 72 hours Notice):

  • Any cancellations received  before the scheduled start time will not be entitled to a refund.

  • In such cases, the full fee will be retained by NT Sport Horses to cover administrative costs and the lost opportunity to fill the time slot.

2. Organiser-Initiated Cancellations

​

2.1. NTSH Cancellation:

  • In the event of the organisers (Nick Turner or NT Sport Horses) having to cancel any training session, lesson, or event (e.g., due to adverse weather, instructor illness, venue issues, or safety concerns), a full refund will be made to the client.

  • Clients may also be offered the option to transfer their booking to a future available date, subject to their agreement.

3. Processing Refunds

​

3.1. All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used for the booking.

3.2. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
